Shipping policy
All T-Shirts Ship FREE within the U.S. The price you see is the price you pay.
We do. We ship pretty much ship anywhere USPS is daring enough to deliver. International Shipments are calculated based on weight and rates are directly pulled from USPS. All orders are provided a tracking number, though International Shipments are not trackable once the package leaves the U.S. USPS doesn't offer tracking for International Shipments. If you run into a snag and your package doesn't show up, we suggest you contact your local postal carrier to track it down.
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Sometimes we can ship same day, but always allow for a day or two of processing. USPS shows up daily around 3:00 PM Pacific, so get your orders in by 1:00 PM if you don't want to miss the bus. Orders placed after 1 PM on a Friday will likely ship the following Monday or Tuesday. Once your package is picked up by USPS it will typically take 3-5 days for First Class Mail (1-2 T-shirts), and 2-3 days for Priority Mail (3+ T-shirts). For International orders, we ship USPS Priority International. Currently, we're seeing International Packages to Canada taking about 15 days, and other countries taking about 20+. These are just rough numbers. Unfortunately, Covid-19 has really slowed down International orders.

Every U.S. order comes in a resealable poly mailer, includes a Packing Slip and Free Return Shipping label, and an Easy Return Form. International customers will have to obtain their own shipping label and address to: Seatown 2442 NW Market St #564 Seattle, WA 98107.
Simply return everything to us, including your unworn t-shirt(s), Packing Slip and completed Easy Return Form.
In the event that we send the wrong size, color or style, or if the item has a manufacturers defect upon delivery, we'll cover all of the shipping costs or issue you an in-store credit, within 30 days of purchase.
If it's longer than 30 days, just shoot us an email or give us a call to explain the circumstances. We're reasonable.
Do you sell Wholesale or License your Designs?
Yessir. To qualify for Wholesale pricing you must have a registered business and physical store that people can shop in person. All orders are placed online through our website and with your Wholesale login you will get discounted pricing. Payment is by credit card. We are open to licensing our graphics to companies that can provide the quality we require. To inquire about opening a Wholesale account or licensing, please email help@goseatown.com.
